Eligibility for Returns
Defective or Damaged Products:
- We take pride in the quality of our products. If a defective or damaged item was received, please contact our customer support team within 7 business days of receiving the package.
- To initiate the return process for a defective or damaged product, please email us at dropship@yelete.com with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
Incorrect Items Received:
- If an item was received that is different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the package.
- To initiate the return process for an incorrect item, please email us at dropship@yelete.com with your order number and clear photos of the incorrect product received.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Support:
- Before returning any product, please contact our customer support team via email at dropship@yelete.com to initiate the return process.
- Clearly state the reason for the return and provide all necessary details, including your order number and relevant photos.
- Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipment:
- Ensure that the item is securely packaged for return shipment. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refund or Replacement:
Refund:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Replacement:
- If you prefer a replacement for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will ship the replacement as soon as possible after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Exceptions
Non-Returnable Items:
- Some items may be non-returnable due to hygienic reasons. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.
- To receive a full refund, please return items in the original condition it was received - unworn, unwashed with tags and packaging attached. Items returned in unsellable condition may be denied a refund or incur a 50% restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
